Relaxed Bistro Style Beachfront Restaurant & Bar with a large open air balcony/terrace that can be covered for eating outside. (with outside heaters and guest Blankets on the cooler days).

Dog friendly, seasonal and local foods of the highest standards served daily.

Local Cornish Beers and Spirits served, Exciting Seasonal Specials changed weekly & Sunday Roast service added on Sundays from October to March.

Monthly Supper Clubs and Special Regular events feature throughout the year.

The restaurant features breathtaking views across to Padstow, out to sea, over the Camel Estuary and across the vast beaches below.

The Padstow to Rock passenger Ferry docks just below the Restaurant every few minutes.

There is a great view across to Padstow and the possibility to access it via the ferry. My wife had deep fried squid (fabulous) and a vegetarian madras which she enjoyed. I had crab & crayfish arancini which had almost no rice but full of crab & crayfish. It was excellent served with a tasty mayo. For my main I had Thai hake with bok choy and noodles. The hake was cooked to perfection which is rare. It was moist, flakey and waxy - no dry stringy stuff here. The noodles, bok choy and sauce were great but could have been helped by a little seasoning. We really enjoyed our lunch and would recommend it to anyone.

The Upper Deck is a lovely looking restaurant, with a wonderful view off Padstow. The food was excellent, fresh and extremely tasty. Our children loved their burgers and desserts. The staff were very knowledgeable about the menu, helping my wife decide on her dish. All in all this is a fantastic restaurant to take your family for an evening meal.

Food was lovely and service was brilliant. Very friendly and really helpful. We were attending with our young black lab and the staff were patient and great with her too.

It was a great looking restaurant, very quiet but it was out of season. The food was good. The restaurant was very cold, they said the heating was on but it was still really cold which put a damper on my birthday meal as we felt we needed to finish quickly to get back to the warm hotel. Apart from that the staff were lovely and in the summer it has a great ambience.

Great food, location and service. A golden buzzer ‘best of dish’ award for the mussels. You can even see where they are harvested from where you sit—that’s fresh. They were the best mussels and were in a fantastic saffron broth. The best we’ve ever had. Great menu overall.

Wonderful evening at The upper Deck for new year celebration All staff members were friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and didn't have to wait long between courses despite being such a busy evening for them Couldn't thank the staff more for all their hard work Will definitely be visiting again when back in the area

Best New Year for a long time, staff excellent, food quantity and presentation, very well organised and the Jazz Trio were brilliant, lovely atmosphere that felt like a family get together. Looking forward to our next visit soon .
