Very short staff. Sat us and then waited 45 min for a drink then was told the kitchen was 3 hours behind.

Waitress and bartender were great. Kitchen wasn’t staffed and management didn’t seem to care how over worked their employees were.

Why would management not care how over worked the employees worked? It was Mother's Day weekend and we couldn't get the right staff for an over load of customers. We all tried our best and is not usually this busy. Open Table was over booking us and we couldn't turn it off until it was too late and we had way too many reservations. Sorry you had a bad experience but we were all doing as much as we could. Hope you can give us another try when it's a normal week so you can have a great experience!

The food was delicious but the service was terrible. Took about 20+ minutes to get our drinks. We asked for more bread and was told we would get it once it was done, never received that.

Food was good. Service, not so much. There were two waiters - on a busy night. And the restaurant knew it going to be busy - local act playing during dinner. Maybe someone called off? Regardless, the host - who we heard was the owner's son and the general manager just wouldn't help his wait staff. There was a young blond server - Shawn I believe - who was working his tail off. The GM/owner's son was above doing anything to help - and treated staff and us rudely. I ended up refilling water glasses several times, bussed the table and had to flag down the GM/owner's son multiple times for things. His rudeness towards the obviously hustling and way too busy servers will keep me from returning.

Bad experience!! Food took an hour to come out. They brought wrong salad, and ran out of chicken marsala wine. Plus, wine below average! Very frustrating experience

Probably going to join a view other reviewers here. Food prep misses the mark. Three dishes come out and were lukewarm. Final entree comes out later piping hot. Veal and chicken should have been pounded to tenderize. Pasta was homemade but quantity was not there. Piccata sauce was waterey and not flavorful and not enough red sauce on the side of pasta for the chicken parm. Delightful atmosphere but food needs work.
