We were really looking forward to lunch in Sutter Creek prior to our wine tasting, celebrating my mom's 79th birthday. We arrived on time for our 11am reservation and then sat there for 25 minutes, waiting. I went to the hostess station twice to see about ordering food as we had additional reservations for tastings for wine. Finally looped one of the hostess into taking our order, then we're handed to another server who took over for the meal. Truly disappointed in our experience.

We will be working with our staff to see that this does not happen again, as it is definitely an exception to our normal excellent service. I will message you privately about sending you a gift card to hopefully come back again so we can make it up to you and your mom. Food served was barely room temperature. It had been precooked ( not cooked to order) and just warmed up. Quality of steak was poor at best. Manager did comp one dinner and reduced the total check 50 % as well as serving desserts no cost. The waiter was embarrassed. So sad for our friends who were taking my husband and myself out for his birthday dinner.

The food and atmosphere was great. I split a salad with my friend and even the split salad was a good size. The service was friendly, personable, and professional. I’ve been here several times before and it’s always been a great experience. I will be back!

Third time at this restaurant. Service has always been excellent. Food is delicious. Specialty drinks are seasonal and delightful. Definitely recommend.

Balcony table was very nice, and the waitress directed us to comfy chairs. Dinner was excellent with lots of gluten free options. Noise level was quieter than indoors, of course. Lovely celebration dinner
