Two NSB locals, Terrence Dever and Greg Gabringer, had a vision to create a new dining experience combining an eclectic menu with a comfortable atmosphere, all while providing patrons with a true taste of the area.

At the core of The Spott's culinary excellence is its dedicated kitchen team, led by Executive Chef Vaughn Metcalf. The menu at the Spott is wonderful, creative and varied. The wait staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Love the filet mignon and wonderful cocktails.
