Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

The Ruxton is hands down the best Atlas Group restaurant we’ve visited. The ambiance is upscale yet inviting, with warm lighting and a lively but not overwhelming energy. We started with cocktails—Copacabana and Vanquish—recommended by our server Jada B., and she nailed it. The Tenderloin Steak Tartare and Wagyu Beef Sliders were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. For entrées, my wife had the Branzino, perfectly crisp and flavorful, while my 12oz Gold Label SRF Wagyu Ribeye was like butter—tender, rich, and perfectly cooked. We couldn’t choose between the Warm Butter Cake and Double Chocolate Brownie, so we got both. No regrets—both were decadent and delicious. If we had to nitpick, the tables were a bit close together, but that didn’t take away from an outstanding experience. Five stars—highly recommend!

My sister-friend and I treated ourselves to a great meal at The Ruxton. We were first time guests tonight. Courtney was our server. She was knowledgeable, personably and perceptive. She listened well to my allergies and dietary restrictions. Courtney enhanced our visit. The food was outstanding. We had the 22 ounce Cowboy ribeye and the Iberico pork chop. So good - seasoned perfectly and fork tender. The evening was worth every dollar. I cannot wait for my next visit to The Ruxton. Oh, did I mention that banana ice cream was on the menu tonight? It is my favorite!!!!

We live in NY and have been to many steakhouses. This was definitely one of the best. My husband’s bone in steak was perfectly cooked and my seas bass was so light and delicious. Our waiter and the manager made us feel right at home. Highly recommend! I hope to return next time we’re in Baltimore.

Amazing Experience I had an incredible dining experience at Ruxton Steak House. The lamb chops were unbelievably moist and flavorful, cooked to perfection with just the right seasoning. The steak was equally impressive perfectly cooked with a beautiful char that added so much depth to the flavor. Every bite was a delight! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend & will be returning soon

A great dining experience with one cautionary note. The dress code was NOT enforced. While we dined, we noticed several male guests without collared shirts and with jackets that were zippered outerwear. As the evening wore on, it was a minority of male guests who entered wearing a collared shirt and a sport jacket. If an establishment wants to have a dress code, it needs to be uniformly enforced. On my evening at The Ruxton, my guest and I appeared to be exceptional in that we did.

Miguel was excellent! We also asked to speak with the sommelier, he wasn’t in house at the time but the gentleman who helped us was fantastic all the same. Thank you to everyone who made our experience wonderful
