Curated by Aaron Taylor, Atlas Restaurant Group’s Corporate Chef & Chef Partner in this concept, the menu puts steak in the spotlight with over 11 cuts from Chicago-based meat purveyor Meats by Linz. The Ruxton will serve a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as dry aging Long Island Duck and Bison from Virginia’s New Frontier Farm in-house. To complement the steak options, seasonal shellfish and seafood entrees will be available including dover sole, Maryland rockfish, whole live lobster, king salmon, Chilean sea bass and more.
The Ruxton will serve lunch every weekday and dinner 7 days a week. Be sure to visit Atlas’ new world-class cocktail bar and lounge next door to The Ruxton called Order of the Ace.

Phenomenal. While the food and ambiance are both wonderful, the service is outstanding! Every team member made my husband and I feel meticulously attended to while we enjoyed his birthday dinner. A birthday card with a handwritten note was a great special touch. Well done Ruxton! It was a pleasure!

I had a really good time for my special occasion. The Ruxton was very thoughtful in helping.me celebrate. I will definitely be returning, bravo.

The service was fabulous. Our server Randy had full command of the menu and all her recommendations were on point. Food was delicious . Overall ambience was perfect. Great place to celebrate a special occasion. The prices are on the high side but worth it.

Four of us went to celebrate our friend’s birthday and we had a great time. The service was wonderful, our wait person gave great recommendations. The food was delicious.

Everything exceeded my expectations! Overall this was a beautiful and exciting experience to have. My partner and I were celebrating our 14th year anniversary and this by far was top tier!! I couldn’t have asked for more. The food 10/10, the service 10/10. We will be coming back for more!!

This was my second time dining here and I was not disappointed again. The food and the service was amazing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had the chargrill oysters for an appetizer & the rack of lamb, broccoli, and lobster Mac n cheese & everything was delicious. I would definitely come back.

I ordered the shrimp and crab risotto. It was absolutely delicious! The portion was very large and well worth it. I highly recommend!!
