The Rock lodge is perfectly located in the heart of Whitstable and has a downstairs bar area offering alpine glamour with a contemporary twist, stylish cocktails, craft beers, premium spirits and a deliciously cosy dining experience, whilst the upstairs offers a luxury ski-lodge style restaurant, with outside roof terrace.

A thoughtfully designed feast for the senses with authentic alpine decor providing the perfect backdrop for the bespoke dining experience, all set alongside an eclectic mix of live music provided by some of the best acts around on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights between 9pm - 11pm.

Renowned for it's 'Sunday Roasts', this venue is both family friendly and dog friendly, offering a children's menu AND 'doggy dinners' on Sundays when the owners are also eating!

Located opposite 'The Peter Cushing' and 50m from Whitstable Museum Heritage Centre.

A fantastic evening and fabulous food and the night was made even better with Aaron (Manager), his Mum and partner and most other diners who just wanted to have a party and a sing-a-long! Just fabulous! ;-)

Very warm friendly environment loved the decor wasnt told that the menu upstairs which we had booked only had certain menu which wasn’t much to offer and was told if wanted other food which my partner asked for a burger or something different as stated on the sites menu to be told we cant have anything from that menu unless u booked a table downstairs unfortunately when booking doesn’t tell u this so we had to order a couple of starters and leave and go somewhere else to get food such a shame as we love the rock lodge

Food was amazing, the lamb melted in your mouth& the pork was tender. Had scallops to start they were soft & cooked perfect

Roast chicken dinner for me Roast beef for wife both delicious. The best Sunday lunch we’ve ever had. Staff were brilliant and overall a brilliant experience

Had the roast beef was very nice crispy roast potatoes and everything else was very good will be going back Good value:)

My friends and I were delighted with our visit to the Rock Lodge. Food was really great esp the Tomahawk. It took us about 20mins for the Tomahawk to get prepared but it was worth every bit. One of the crew or probably the manager went to check on us a couple of times to make sure we are doing great that evening.

There was a great vibe to the bar area, staff were very welcoming and attentive. Overall food was tasty and well priced. Thank you, we’ll be back!
