At The River Shack we are not interested in fuss or formalities, we simply want to provide you with delicious food and drink in a relaxed and beautiful setting.

You can dine right by the waters edge on sunny days, shelter in our waterside marquee on rainy ones, or relax by our log burner inside on the cooler days.

The views in themselves are worth the trip, but wait until you try the food! Our menus are creative, seasonal, rustic and delicious.

Along with the rest of our fantastic team, we look forward to meeting you down at the creek!

We’ve never been disappointed with our visits to The River Shack and today was no exception. Excellent in every aspect as usual and Will is the perfect host and has brilliant staff too.

We love our Friday evenings here ❤️so relaxing after a long drive down. Food and staff were excellent as always ❤️

This is a really special place. Not just the location, right on the water, nor just the warm welcome, nor the intriguing menu or the quick service, but the food which is really good. And that bread...!

Location superb. Staff are attentive and friendly. Chef cooks delicious food, with a menu for children. If I had to nit-pick: music was a bit loud. We will be back. 😍
