The Red Lion Inn fue inaugurado en 1773 y goza de una excelente reputación por su soberbia comida y su genuina hospitalidad rural. Estas tradiciones las mantiene a día de hoy el jefe de cocina Brian J. Alberg, cuya gastronomía contemporánea hunde sus raíces en la historia y la cosecha de la región. El chef Alberg se centra en productos frescos locales y apoya decididamente a los productores de la región. Para ello actualiza con regularidad los menús del Inn con los frutos de cada temporada. Podrá elegir el salón principal, la acogedora Widow Bingham's Tavern, el pub informal Lion's Den o, en los meses de verano, el patio lleno de flores. La carta de vinos incluye más de 450 referencias y ha obtenido el Award of Excellence de Wine Spectator durante 10 años consecutivos. El sommelier Dan Thomas le aconsejará el vino perfecto para su comida. * El Inn solo acepta reservaciones para el salón principal.

Always a pleasure to dine at the Red Lion Inn, where I have been eating for 34 years. Excellent food and friendly service, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

Delicious meals!! I had the Fillet Mignon which was cooked rare to perfection just the way I enjoy it!! Always enjoy coming to the Red Lion Inn!!

The red lion inn has a main restaurant, and a bar that serves a pub menu. You can sit at the main tables and choose between both menus.( Just ask your server for both menus) Also, they have kids menus that are really affordable and have pretty much anything kids would eat on them. My 12 y..o is a picky eater and had no problem with breakafast lunch and dinner at red lion inn

Ambiance was perfect, crowds have cleared out. Dinner was not rushed. Waiter was very friendly and accommodated our children. The food was very good. I had lunch the day before in the tavern, we did not care for sitting in there. It’s a constant flow of people walking through to get to the hallway of the inn.

Had dinner 2 nights in a row, Feb 17 and 18 while staying in the area. Food was delicious and the service (Ashley / Nathan) both times was excellent. We had the codfish and buccatini specials, the roast turkey dinner and lobster roll. All were great. Their house chardonnay is served chilled and is perfect. We'll definitely return in the future.

Love the old-fashioned vibe of the Inn and dining areas. Service was very attentive. Food was simple. Flavors were good and ordinary, not amazing and unique. Ambiance made it very enjoyable.

We have dined here many times over the years and it has only gotten better. This is a regular stop for us in our travels and a New England inn in which we frequently stay.
