Experience delicious food and warm hospitality at The Red Bank Restaurant, a family run business located in the heart of picturesque Carrick-On-Shannon in lovely Leitrim, set on the banks of the river Shannon, the town is one of Ireland’s most popular inland resorts.

At The Red Bank Restaurant we use only the finest locally sourced fresh produce from the town and its surrounding areas, creating wonderful seasonal menus and beautiful dishes that cater for all tastes and dietary requirements, cooked with passion and creativity leaving your taste buds wanting more and more.

Food was delicious, ambience was amazing and our server Katherine was delightful and very attentive ! We came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday and it was the perfect place for a special occasion. ❤️ highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Food is brilliant I will opt for inner table to avoid cocktail shaker noise . But otherwise will call again

Service was very good, lovely staff! Food was absolutely delicious! Had three courses each and each one was better than the last!

This is a lovely restaurant with fabulous food & wine. However, it was extremely warm in the main restaurant & no windows were open. It's important to have proper ventilation in a room like this, not just for health purposes, but when consuming rich food. I thought the scallops were very small in the starter, but overall, a lovely dish. The wine was delicious, I chose Malbec. The duck was fabulous. The Expresso Martini with a Baileys shot was also fabulous. There was a lively, friendly atmosphere for a Saturday night. We went early. Go later if you want to avoid families with kids.

Beautiful restaurant. Outstanding food, possibly the best I've ever eaten. The chicken was amazing, the beef was to die for, fell apart with the slightest touch of a knife. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The layout was lovely. It was like fine dining in the comfort of your own sitting room. Couldn't recommend it enough for any occasion.

Fantastic, prawn and scallop starter is delicious, there was a 160z TBone as a special and it was the best steak I've ever had. Presentation of all courses is brilliant. A tempranillo wine was recommended and it was lovely
