Experience delicious food and warm hospitality at The Red Bank Restaurant, a family run business located in the heart of picturesque Carrick-On-Shannon in lovely Leitrim, set on the banks of the river Shannon, the town is one of Ireland’s most popular inland resorts.

At The Red Bank Restaurant we use only the finest locally sourced fresh produce from the town and its surrounding areas, creating wonderful seasonal menus and beautiful dishes that cater for all tastes and dietary requirements, cooked with passion and creativity leaving your taste buds wanting more and more.

Had a beautiful meal last night.. It was well presented and absolutely delicious food . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend eating here. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We were a group of 4 and had a lovely evening with good food and our waitress was excellent. Really enjoyed the evening and would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion
