Horrible service , we had to ask waiter 5 times to bring Tabasco , took him 20 min before seeing us when we arrived Food very average Not great experience

Ambiance le fun, malheureusement le service aux table était extrêmement long malgré que le restaurant était quasi vide. La nourriture était ok, sans plus.

Fun Arcade with a lot to do… we were given a paper bag of popcorn from the cineplex upstairs to open our appetites…who doesn’t like cinema popcorn… Food was good but $11 for a $2 pretzel that seemed microwaved is high, 12 jumbo wing @ $24 when they are just regular size wings also pricy. They didn’t even come with fries or crudité.The topper was the extra avocado $6 on my burger when it was pre made guacamole not slices of avocado as I asked for… I think i understand why the room is so quiet !

We arrived to a hostess who was not service oriented. Even though it’s a casual place, dining out is a treat for many and the experience has to be good. As we sat at our table a waiter named Jaris rolled around and saw our faces… It was his pleasure to make us happy. He was the difference between so-so and fabulous and all it took was a little tlc. We even told the manager when we left how great he was and how much of an impact he made. Running a restaurant is not easy but if you aim to please you are most of the way there.

We had a great night. Food was very good. Lots of activities for the kids. A bit noisy but that is to be expected given the type of venue. We will be back.

Got unlucky with a millenial attitude server. They can’t get 2 plates of basic nachos served at the same Time. We waited 15 min between both plates. I flagged her and she didn’t care… Tunnel vison, attitude, eye roll, etc. You are just inferior to these types and should tip 25% because you are lucky to be served. I just gave her zero tip. I’m done being patient and tippy to be cool. You want money, serve with a smile and own up to your mistakes. The manager tried to make the experience right. That was ok.
