El servicio excelente, la comida no tanto, esperaba la misma calidad del restaurant de Washington pero no fue así. Muy caro para lo que recibes.

A Good Thanksgiving Option. Just Remind Them To Apply The OpenTable Deposit! Our Thanksgiving plans changed at the last minute and had to come up with a Plan B on short notice. I read in the Philadelphia Inquirer that Prime Rib was offering a Thanksgiving menu and we jumped. The two-top booth and chair were a little awkward, with the booth side considerably lower than the chair. My girlfriend joked that she needed a booster seat! We each had a dozen East Coast oysters for an appetizer and they were fine. The Thanksgiving entree was massive and tasty with plenty for leftovers. The cocktails were relatively small, but potent. The only issue came when the server took the $100 bill for her tip instead of for the tab. And the bill failed to list the $60 OpenTable reservation as a credit on the total. They corrected the OpenTable credit and we just let the server keep the $100 rather than embarrassing all of us by taking it back. All in all, for a last-minute Hail Mary on Thanksgiving, not bad.

The prime rib is an excellent dining experience. It starts with the hostess the servers. followed by extraordinary meal.

Waited almost an hour for their thanksgiving turkey dinner special to be served. When it came food was cold, string beans were barely cooked, turkey gravy was so thick it didn’t pour out. Staff and manager apologized several times for the wait and kept telling us food was on the way but it wasn’t. They knew we were not happy. We basically asked for food to be packed up when we got it. Check came without offering any credit. When I asked to speak to manager to ask why such a delay she stated it was busy and then offered to give credit which we declined because it should have been offered automatically before giving us the check. We made reservation for 4 people at 430 on purpose to avoid this scenario. The restaurant was not crowded at 430. We basically paid for leftovers.

Food was very good and Service was also very good. I suppose pricing is comparable to other like Steak Houses.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and The Prime Rib made it a very special evening for us. Thank you so much, can't wait to visit again.

Our servers were phenomenal, courteous and friendly. Helped us with our menu choices and gave us great suggestions for accompaniments to our meal. Our food was so delicious! The Prime Rib made our 39th wedding anniversary an occasion we won’t forget. We look forward to coming back!
