    What a find and an absolute must visit when in Bamburgh! Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and service quick and efficient without feeling rushed. The food was naturally the highlight - fresh seafood and excellently cooked. Would recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

    Food was lovely and gluten free menu was fab. Staff were so attentive. Kids loved it too!

    The whole experience is about making the customer happy, be that with the delicious and varied menu, the helpful descriptions and knowledge of the menu by the friendly staff and how tolerant and accepting everyone is that your dogs are there with you.

    Alot of choice, especially on the special boards. Party of 6 and all of us throughly enjoyed the food. Wine is a bit pricey but very nice. Well worth a visit, will be returning.

    Have used the Potted Lobster for special events on a number of occasions, food is always excellent and service friendly. Could have done without the small child being whose parents allowed him to constantly hammer the table with a pepper pot but that’s the downside of having a special occasion during half term.

    The staff and ambiance as always were welcoming and helpful. The Oysters were so fresh and delicious, as were the langoustines. I had the famous fish & chips which never disappoints and my wife had the Dover Sole which she really enjoyed. We can’t recommend this place enough

    Wonderful restaurant. Delicious fresh fish beautifully cooked. Really good service. Staff are fabulous. Our favourite when staying in the area. Cannot fault anything. Good selection wines at reasonable price.
