Park Bistro & Bar utiliza solo productos locales frescos y biológicos, carnes y pescados naturales. El chef ejecutivo Adam Carpenter ha creado un menú estadounidense con un toque francés asequible e innovador. Los platillos caseros son de excelente calidad. The service was very very slow. Food was tepid. And we had to ask someone to take our payment. As a result my visitors were late to an appointment. The onion soup is still good but would have been better hot.

The French onion soup is the best I have ever tasted. The same with their Bloody Mary. They make a delicious, authentic mix at the hotel/restaurant. The quiches were delicious, and the side salad was ample, and the dressing perfect! The ambience is cozy and delightful.

Lovely and elegant place to dine. Excellent food and service. Well-priced too. Crab cakes were delicious but absolutely do not miss their short ribs, they’re divine! A true local gem.
