Serving our modern take on classic “Americana” cuisine, Executive Chef Jon Butler reinterprets the traditional resort menu using a fusion of new techniques and influences. Highlighting the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from California and the vibrant Coachella Valley, our menu showcases the rich culinary heritage. From farm-fresh produce to locally sourced meats and artisanal cheeses, every ingredient reflects the essence of our locale.

The Pantry hosts a family-style Fried Chicken Dinner twice a month, on Thursdays. The family dinner is a one- time seating at 6:30pm with only 40 seats per night. Each guest will have the opportunity to enjoy Chef Jon Butler's take on a traditional fried chicken meal with all the accompaniments. Enjoy dinner outside under the stars where guests will be part of a one-of-a-kind “family-style” dining experience. Reservations can be made through Open Table, or by calling the hotel directly. For any questions, please reach out to the front desk. Please cancel at least 48 hours before the event to receive a refund. $65 does not include tax and gratuity

Really enjoyed the grilled artichoke - the dipping butter had a nice nutty flavor. Could have used some kind of bread with the chicken salad. Ambience is very pleasant.

Emily was amazing and the fried chicken and the French 75 were some of the best I have had. Wonderful evening in an absolutely beautiful setting

The kitchen is painfully slow. Don’t have anywhere scheduled after dining because it takes forever to be served your meal.

Food was very good! The service was very slow and lacked any friendliness. It took forever to get our drinks and no one came back to check on us after our meal came. They clearly did not have enough staff.

Unfortunately this is our second time here and the service is beyond slow. 2 hours after ordering we finally got our food. They need a better manager who is attentive to customers not aloof and the servers are great just over taxed and the kitchen is beyond slow. Very sad we haven’t had better experience.

So lovely—low key swanky! Food was delicious and the restaurant team could not have been nicer. Can’t wait to go back !!

This is a bit of a hidden gem and it was perfect for Sunday brunch. The food and service were wonderful and it’s small enough that you can enjoy a meal without crowds or too much noise. It was also great that we could make a reservation which you cannot do at some of the more popular places.

We had the most wonderful lunch. Food was impeccable and service was even better. Get the artichoke and enjoy the ambiance by the pool. Will definitely be back.
