Excelente!!! Desde el comienzo hasta el final fue genial, la comida estaba súper deliciosa, la atención fue excepcional debemos felicitar a Hannah por su excelente servicio y dedicación por atendernos, fue súper especial al momento de servirnos lo recomiendo 100% y volveremos para que nos atienda nuevamente el. La langosta exquisita, el postre , el risotto riquísimo, incluso el servicio de valet parking súper genial muy amable. Gracias por tan buena experiencia en nuestro san Valentín. Volveremos 🤗

Excellent service. Great booth. I had requested a quiet booth or table and this one was! Great cocktails. Great food. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience! We presented at 7:30 w/ reservations and had a 5 minute which was great. Our server David, engaging and professional. The wine were well presented , delicious, and well prepared. We will certainly return!

A busy night so a bit of noise but not a problem. Excellent service. The 18 oz strip was perfect. The mushroom side was really excellent. We are fans of fried calamari and ordered it, felt the breading was too thick and covered up the texture and taste of the calamari. On reservation mentioned it was grandson's birthday. As they cleared our dinner the waiter asked if we were ready for the birthday cheesecake. The grandson loved it, he let us have a taste and it was as good as it gets.

Just another AWESOME evening Dining at The Palm in Phillips Place. We always ask for David to be our Server - He is THE BEST and delivers a delightful dining experience. We love the Wedge Salad and the Chicken Parmigiano. Yummy :)

We went to celebrate my wife’s 45th birthday and in spite of noting on the reservation and speaking to them on the phone and reminding prior to arrival, there were no candles on the dessert we ordered nor any mention of a special celebration. The food is mediocre at best and doesn’t justify the price at all. Our server was so distracted and couldn’t remember which steak (of the two orders) was medium and which one was medium rare, and said she could tell us if we cut it for her. The food, ambience and service was very lackluster and we’ll not be visiting again. There are much better steakhouses in the Charlotte area and even if pricey, they’re well worth it…but you can skip this one.
