It was a lovely atmosphere, but the Caesar salad was disappointing and quite bland. The menu description mentions a lemon anchovy vinegarette, but neither ingredient was prominent. The French Onion soup was similar in that it had no distinct flavor except for the cheese on top. Is the chef playing it safe? My 6oz. Filet was cooked perfectly but not served hot. It was warm at best. I am eager for the Oak Room to thrive, but at this point, the Burglar is a better choice.

The new Fall menu was outstanding! My wife had the Daily Catch which was an Ahi Tuna with red quinoa that paired together nicely. I had the Berkshire Pork Rack with the greens and sweet potatoe strata. Pork was cooked to perfection and portion size was very generous. Marnee was our waitress and was excellent with her food descriptions and knowledge of the menu. Such a memorable date night!

The ambience, welcoming staff and excellent food were all a part of the awesome experience. Our waiter Brian was a wealth of information, and very knowledgeable about the food and many choices available. The entire staff made my husband’s birthday a memorable experience from the time we walked in the door. I would highly recommend The Oak Room & Bar for an enjoyable dining experience.

My husband and I enjoyed our date night at the Oak Room and Bar. The service was top-notch, the ambience was inviting, and the food was phenomenal.

We were celebrating a birthday with friends and the staff did a great job in catering to the occasion. Topped off with a complimentary pumpkin cheesecake. We have eaten at the Oak Room numerous times and the service, food and atmosphere have always been consistent and top level. We will definitely be going back.
