Pleasantly surprised. We stayed at the Hotel Cerro and ate here expecting a hotel restaurant experience but actually the food was very high tier and delicious. The Branzino was a piece of whole fish super meaty and well roasted. Service was great as well. Very well cooked food and we will be back sometime again. The restaurant is a tad bit noisy even with only a few people cause of the brick walls and high ceilings. It's slightly odd that they don't allow same day OpenTable reservations since it was pretty empty when we went. The one negative I'll mention is that they kept the temp really cold for some reason like it almost felt unheated. Not sure why. Turn up the temp guys! Anyway, good food and that's what matters and the rest of the stuff can get worked on.

The atmosphere was electric, thanks to the wonderfully attentive manager, host, and waiter who made our dining experience unforgettable! My son indulged in the salmon, and he couldn't stop raving about it—he declared it the best he had ever tasted! To cap off our fabulous dinner, we delighted in the decadence of s’mores brownie and luscious blueberry crumble à la mode. What a thrilling end to an incredible meal!

Delicious meal however the portions are very small considering how much you pay for a dish. Ambiance is nice, service was good just small portions.

Our first time there, and we decided to go Thanksgiving day. There was no disappointment at all. My two brothers and I ordered the short rib, and it was perfect 👌🏽 My husband had the salmon, and he enjoyed it very much. Our server was Bianca, and she took care of us very well. Overall, we loved it and will return. Thank you, Jb

Very disappointed with our Thanksgiving dinner experience. We were originally going to be seated outside until we asked to be reseated. Tables were not set and it was very cold. When asked to move, we were sat at a two top right next right next to a table of 4 when there were plenty of other tables available. The champagne was flat and we had to ask for a new glass. Most frustrating was our turkey dinner was served cold to both my wife and I. We asked for a warm dinner and they obliged. They returned with warm plates but the food was still cold. We notified the waitress and nothing was done other than to offer us a complimentary dessert. My wife called today to speak to the manager and was disconnected. She called back three additional times with the phone going to voicemail. On the fourth attempt she left a message and we are still waiting for a call back. I would not return nor recommend this restaurant at all. There are much better options in town that will value you as a customer with better food.

My scallops were cold and underdone. I could not mention to server because I didn’t want to upset the flow of the dinner with my children. I told the server to mention to kitchen, but nothing else was done to compensate. Again, did not make a big deal of it because I didn’t want to make a scene in front of my kids. A usd 40 meal should be perfect, and sad that I had such a bad experience. 😩

My son ordered the streak and for $40 we were very disappointed in the fact the server did not deduct the steak from our bill. Steak was super fatty, chewy, my son will eat anything but he spit out several pieces. I still tipped 20% because it’s not the server’s fault that it was a bad piece of steak.
