The Ninth es el último proyecto del chef Jun Tanaka, radicado en Londres. El restaurante de 90 plazas, moderno pero acogedor, está situado en el corazón de la bulliciosa zona de Fitzrovia de Londres y ofrece sencillos pero refinados platillos franceses de estilo mediterráneo para compartir. El menú de platillos a la carta (disponible en el almuerzo y la cena) se centra en los mejores productos de temporada y sabores honestos y vibrantes.     Experience a culinary journey with our Chef’s Choice Menu, featuring a selection of six dishes - Crab and Seaweed Tartlets, Cured Scallops, Truffle Spaghetti & Parmesan, Chargrilled Turbot and Vin Jaune Sauce, Iberico Pork Pluma and our famous Pain Perdu. A vegetarian tasting menu is also available. Please note that all of our dishes are made to be shared. Your table will be booked for 2.5 hours for parties of up to 2; 2 hours 45 minutes for parties of up to 4.

    This is a lovely restaurant with excellent food, friendly staff and a happy ambience. We had the set lunch, which had interesting choices - and all the courses were enjoyed. Portion size was just right! The service was well orchestrated and we left in a very good mood! We can wholeheartedly recommend The Ninth!

    I had high expectations for this 1 michelin Star restaurant. Service was slow, and it took a long time between dishes. We arrived early and we were delayed by half an hour. Had another place booked after and arrived late, luckily it was still ok.

    The staff were lovely and helpful to my elderly father. food was delicious, particularly the pork. But it was all slightly cold, I am not sure whether that is the style. the portions are a strange size - about the right amount for 1.5 people, and they say that everything is for sharing but if everyone doesn't want to share then that leaves people eating at different times. The food came quickly though which was good. Nice decor and ambience.

    The food was great! Some of charred items were a little bitter but overall the flavors were very balanced. The service was attentive and the ambiance was great. Would highly recommend as the set menu provided a great value for the taste of the food and the quality of the ingredients and fantastic service.
