Modern Diner. Global Fare. Delicious Fun. This is The Mockingbird. Led by talented culinary duo executive chef / partner Brian Riggenbach and front-of-house extraordinaire / partner Mikey Corona, The Mockingbird offers a menu of comfort classics with a global twist and an ambiance of art deco diner whimsy. Walls are covered in beautiful custom-made wallpaper, painted tin tiles on the ceiling, windows open to two patios as weather allows and a larger-than-life mirrored bird sculpture overlooking the dining room. And then there’s the food and drink! Munch on a Mockingburger or Mac N Cheese (aka Feeling Grate!) while sipping an Old-Fashioned-ish or a Punchin’ Bag (ask about it – they are famous!). We also love hosting group events! We have a private dining room, an upstairs dining room and an enclosed patio, all perfect for bridal showers and bachelorette parties plus business lunches and corporate dinners. Went here for my anniversary. They had sisig on the menu. Being filipino i needed rice to eat that dish and their kitchen was more than willing to make me garlic fried rice that's not even on the menu. The dessert was amazing and the portions were pretty big. Had plenty to take home. The service was top tier. very welcoming. Will be back soon.

We had a great night! The restaurant is beautiful but also has a comfortable neighborhood vibe. Everyone ordered something very different and it was all very delicious! The tequila cocktail, Tequila Mockingbird, was so great!

Server was very unpleasant and mia most of the time. Our table had spinach dip ( dip was good but chips were stale), beet salad ( it was so so), grilled Brie (decent), hanger steak ( to much sauce and sides were not good), spare rib ( rib was good but rice and Brussels sprouts had zero flavor except pieces of garlic), fried chicken ( it was the best but KFC is better and I don’t like KFC). Paid 400 for a meal and the food at any fast food would have been better!

Max and the team took excellent care of us! The ambiance was excellent and the food and cocktails were fun and delicious! We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
