The Mira never disappoints! As a regular diner, I find myself craving the food here constantly and I can confidently say the dishes are always outstanding—fresh, flavourful, and perfectly presented every time. The service is just as exceptional —attentive, warm and efficient. The staff go above and beyond to make every visit super welcoming . Having tried many Chinese restaurants in the UK and beyond, the Mira remains my absolute favourite. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers consistently amazing food and top-tier service, this is the place. Thank you to Mary and the team for always looking after us so well! Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable meal at The Mira. The food and service were excellent. The restaurant has a nice ambiance but lacks some decoration on the walls. The style is very minimalist. Will definitely eat there again.

The food was fine, for the price it’s not amazing particularly, the mains. I was mostly disappointed with the service however, I booked a table of 5 for a birthday event and we felt rushed throughout including the wait staff asking me whether I’m sure the rest of my party would arrive when they were running 10mins late. They rushed us to order food, and didn’t care to build any rapport, or ask us how the food was etc small things you’d expect from a restaurant where you pay less than half the price. They seemed more concerned with making sure the table would be free in time for the next guests than actually catering to us while we were there and spending money. Very disappointing.

Exceptional service and very pleasant atmosphere. Very good food and selection, with very helpful advice from the friendly staff. The food and (especially) the wine are quite expensive, so this is a restaurant to visit for a special occasion (as we did).

Brilliant as always. I can’t think of another Chinese restaurant in the UK that’s as special as this. You must try it if you’ve never been. Thanks for another great evening !

A regular at Mira and it’s as usual up to standard. Peaking duck definitely stands out at a country level !! Value for price is guaranteed and exceeded. Lovely staff with good attentive service. And good atmosphere at restaurant.
