   Service was very poor didn’t think about when plates should come out and was incredibly late on drinks.

   Sorry to say but we had a bad experience at our visit. First off the restaurant had a gathering right next to our table for 6 people that was overly loud and when people walked by, bumped into our seats. Second when we asked them to do something about it, they paid little or no attention to us. My dinner was delivered with the others and I had to wait for it to be made. I was unable to eat with the group and they were basically finished by the time I got my food. Our empty plates sat for about 15 minutes on the table before they were cleared. Coffee service also skipped one person and again they had to wait until after everyone was done with their dessert. Just not an enjoyable time for our whole group. Probably not going back considering I hyped the place and brought these business clients all the way there to eat!

   The food was excellent. I had the skate. Service was over the top. We were on the Terrace level so the noise wasn’t bad, but I have found on the main level the music is too loud.

   Service with Yvette was great! A little noisy, music too loud to have a conversation.

   Butcher block special last night was a Wagyu New York strip steak. Best steak I’ve ever had! The salad was delicious, the Ahi tuna was also really good, and the cappuccino was perfect.

   Rather than getting one main meal, the 4 of us split 4 small things and 4 entrees including the yummy New York. Fabulous meal, meat cooked to perfection

   I really don’t like posting such negative reviews but I feel compelled since we spent a lot of money on a lousy meal. The lettuce salad sat on a bed of what tasted like just mayonnaise totally over done when the lettuces had a vinaigrette on them already. The “seared” ahi was not properly seared and had absolutely no taste. The carrots sat on a purée that was unidentifiable and cold. My husband’s burger was good but I watch the open kitchen as the fries sat under the warming light for quite a while waiting for the rest of the food. It was my birthday and I couldn’t find a dessert that tempted me whatsoever. Again, I’m sorry to have to post this but $150 later we should have been a little satisfied with the meal but unfortunately not. All glitz but no substance.

    Husband and I came here on a Wednesday night for dinner. Decided to try the tasting menu with the wine pairing, one of us did the drinker and one of us did the thinker! Every single dish and wine pairing was absolutely divine!
