   I went there for my birthday as had heard great things and I had a wonderful time. Every dish was great from the wings appetizers to the grilled salmon entree, cornbread was superb, drink was good too! The server was very attentive. The music was wonderful, just a nice vibe and I will definitely return to support this black-owned establishment!

   The fish and steak were amazing! The drinks were okay. My husband wished they had gentleman’s ice for his old fashion so it didn’t get watered down so quickly. Still would go back though. The food and service was amazing.

   Overpriced regular food that came out cold and not cooked to order. Overpriced drink and gratuity included is ridiculous considering the table was sticky and they serve tsp water…

   Was sat but not given a waiter, we sat for over 30 minutes before a waiter was assigned to us. The waitress who was assigned to us was blatantly annoyed that she had to serve us. She had an attitude the whole time although it wasn’t our fault that we were sat with no waiter. The lamb chops were severely undercooked. The only good thing the restaurant offered was good drinks and a good salmon, other than that we could not be payed to come back. Restaurant needs to improve on organization and communication between employees.

   The food was very good once we got it. But we waited more than 45 minutes for some of our orders to arrive (we were 8) and another 10 or more minutes for the rest of the orders to arrive. One dish was missing the potatoes that were part of the meal and we were told they were coming right out, but never arrived. Our server was very apologetic and offered another round of drinks gratis and did not charge us for the dish missing the potatoes. Live music was very enjoyable and the interior decor is attractive. Alcoholic drinks were good but we thought it very strange that they do not serve coffee considering that it was a Sunday brunch. Hopefully, the kitchen will get its act together because the place has great potential.

   I really wanted to support this new restaurant but it was not a good experience. They were out of several menu items oysters, wings, burgers. The appetizers took 30 minutes to arrive. The calamari was burned and inedible. The cornbread was dry and smothered in maple syrup. The salmon dish was horrible. It was overly sweet and so was the mashed potatoes that came with it. If you are Diabetic, which I am not, please skip this restaurant. I ordered the French 75 drink and it was horrible. Way too much sour. The waitress had an attitude and wasn’t very attentive. If she was paying attention she would have seen that we didn’t get starter salad or appetizers until 30 minutes after we placed our orders. The live performer was very good. After he was finished they put on jazz inspired music. It would probably have been better if they just played some r&b. The log fires on the screens were weird since it’s still summer. The other main course was supposed to be jerk chicken pasta. I’m still wondering where the jerk was. It tasted like Cajun seasoning at best. So with horrible drinks, bad service, and overpriced basic food I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has ever experienced fine dining.

   Good drinks. Service was good. However be aware the shrimp scampi is a pasta dish and only garnishment is 2 shrimps. When asked about the shrimp, the server said ‘seafood is expensive’ Jerk pasta chicken was good. Over all would come back for drinks

   This a vibe. The service was amazing. They provided suggestions because I was undecided. I went on a Sunday, so it was an all day brunch menu. The food was amazing! It was prepared with intentions. They intended for me to come back. Let’s not forget the drinks. The bartender Alber and “bartendistry”was like magic. I had an “old fashion” and it was mesmerizing to watch him make and delicious to drink. I normally don’t like them. The music was amazing. It was at a perfect volume and the musician was very talented. I thought they were playing a live version of the songs at first. lol This place is a must!

    Made a reservation and was told after that it couldn’t be honored because they didn’t have the availability for my party size. They told me “Open table” is a 3rd party company and isn’t accurate. First time I heard that before but ok.
