Welcome to the Kings Head, Holmbury St. Mary!
After 6 months of opening we have been awarded a Culinary Rosette by the AA.
Come and visit the newly refurbished hidden gem in the Surrey Hills. A perfect place to visit for some drinks, a snack or a full 3 course dining experience.
We also have 3 beautiful rooms to let, which have been awarded 4 stars, also from the AA and a coffee shop to stop by on a walk through The Surrey Hills.

Really nice service and welcome. It was my Dad’s birthday and the chef made a birthday plate for us which was a really special touch. Thank you.

Very friendly reception despite our muddy boots and dog. Lovely table overlooking the garden. Great range of lunch options from hot sandwiches and small plates to main meals. All food ordered was delicious. Ambience lovely, 5 tables on our room and noise level was quiet-think it would also be pretty quiet with all 5 tables filled. Pub is immaculate. Will be back-thank you.

Great Sunday lunch, one of the best roasts we have had in the Surrey hills, will be back. Dog friendly too, great atmosphere in a beautiful pub.

We have been going to this pub on country walks over the past 50-years. It is friendly with decent food for the price.

A beautiful spot nestled in the Surrey Hills. Food was lovely, high quality and neatly presented. Service was great and everyone very friendly. A great find!

A relatively quiet Saturday lunch with superb baguettes and a side of chips that were some of the nicest I have had for a while. Lovely beer and toilets that were spotless topped it off
