The place was packed. We were seated at the dinning area, we already notice the restaurant was severely short staff. I feel bad for our server. He forgot to enter one of our drinks, reminded him about the bread, extra water . My steak was so so . I order the same steak at Granville island and it was cooked to perfection. Paid the bill and gave extra tip to our server.

It’s great to have the Keg In Richmond open for lunch during the holidays. Really wish they would think about being open for lunch on a daily. It would be a great lunch option !

Overall food was great, but the noise of the party beside us was outrageous, I've never seen a table of people pounding shots, yelling and cheering for no reason and being absolutely ignorant of the people around them like this group was. You could tell the tables around them including ourselves were extremely uncomfortable with it but the staff did nothing to resolve this, perhaps more interested in the money from the one table over the other 8 around them. Not too mention our waiter seemed to have no interest in helping us with our order and forgot several items, having to go back and get it but would take roughly 10 minutes each time. I could tell the side on my plate had been sitting for some time and was barely warm but given the experience with our waiter we didn't see the point in saying something too him. Overall the steak was cooked perfectly but that was all, after the experience of this location, we most likely will never return.

Our server was a server that I would like to rate a 10. Wish that I knew his name. He was so observant. Aware of all of our needs. Noticed that I had brought a gift for our son. Asked if it was a special occasion. We said no but it had been our son’s birthday while we had been away in Mexico… suddenly a beautiful piece of cake appeared. Just really awesome service from this particular individual. Thank you so much.❤️

We were on our honeymoon trip to see Taylor and requested certain table. This was ignored. We were then told they would discount they never did. Noise level and the darkness made the experience not a place I would return to.

Too bad they don't have baked brie on the menu anymore. Prime rib was really good.
