We honestly never complain but, Unfortunately we were very disappointed tonight. It was our daughter’s birthday, we noted this on the reservation, as well as to the hostess when asked if there was an occasion. The service was minimal, waited over an hour to get a beverage refill. We were charged for items not recieved, and paid 3 different prices for the same glass of beer of which we only ordered 2. Server did resolve this, but we still paid 2 different prices odd. Did not receive the famous free birthday dessert. Server seemed irritated at every interaction. The chairs were dirty and the seats torn. Music was so loud we couldn’t speak even our 6 year old was plugging her ears. My husbands mashed potatoes were burnt, not sure how this happens. My steak was blue and I ordered medium and my lobster was chewy and bitter but could never find the server to mention this. I ordered a pie and it came 45 mins after my daughter’s ice cream, which by this point everyone just wanted to go cause we had been there over 2hrs by this point. Took another 45 mins to get the bill paid… even though we asked for the bill when the pie was delivered. Very expensive meal for the service and quality. We were so excited to come back as we had to leave mid way through our meal in August for our anniversary due to our daughter ending up in emergency. So kind of feeling sad disappointed about this $240 evening. I am very understanding as I worked in hospitality management and in high end restaurants for 15 years and I know how tough it is, but this was incredibly disappointing

Our server was amazing! Prompt with interactions and a great sense of humour. Loud busy place over dinner hour hut to be expected on a Friday night. Food is always predictable and delicious.

Was not impressed for special ocasión. The service was so rushed in between the appetizers and mains. We had not finished getting our appetizers and 5 minutes later the main course was brought to us I complained to the server and she mentí on that the restaurant closed @ 10pm not even a dessert menu was offered . We were celebrating new year eve

We have been coming for years. 30 years. Portions are so much smaller. We left still feeling hungry after steak and lobster, calamari and bacon scallops. Maybe understaffed? Food was warm not hot. Waitress was great. For the price, the portions should be a bit bigger.

Our waiter came only a few times was only good towards the end was more into the table in front of us with 5 girls barely asked us how we were or top off our drinks. My husbands potato was burn and the rib had no flavour. I was very disappointed
