   My wife and I celebrated a late Valentine’s Day at the Keg. The service is outstanding and the food was delicious.

   Not what we were hoping for. We were a party of six including two teenagers celebrating our anniversary. My wife and I ordered 7oz filets. They came overcooked and burnt. They resembled hockey pucks. Would have sent them back but it took an hour and forty five minutes for the meal to come. On the other hand our server was excellent and apologized many times for the kitchen service.

   We dine often at this restaurant and as always food and service is always great Last night Megan took care of us, she was very polite friendly and very professional! We will go back for sure and recommend our family and friends

   The food was good but the value was not there. Overpriced and lack of food for what we got. Service was good and no issues with it, but left hungry and it should not happen for $145 for 2 people

   Waited for 20 minutes at the table without any acknowledgment or water. Had to stop a waiter to get him to let our server know. Appy came quickly and was good. Had to wait for a long time for our mains. Got them 1 hour 15 minutes after we originally sat down and while the place was almost empty. After our first couple of bites, we were asked if we wanted any dessert because the kitchen was closing. Apart from the standard checks after we got our appy and mains, we never got asked if we needed anything, had to waive to get a water refill and never got a second. Mains tasted good, although one steak that was ordered medium was medium well at best. Paying $80 per person for food, we expected more. Nothing like our previous experiences there.

   We had a lovely meal on Valentine’s Day. Our food came out hot and quick for how busy the restaurant was. Our server was a little odd. Strange comments were made to my partner and I. Nothing rude, but strange. Calling themselves the best server to then say they were very clumsy and came up to the table multiple times to stand and stare. At one point they came up, didn’t say anything, then stated “that wasn’t an answer to my question”. My partner and I were very confused by their behaviour. Overall a great meal as always, but have had better servers in the past.
