                                                                                                Food was delicious as always. Presentation was stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our special request that we made when booking our reservation was more then met when we arrived. Our server was so nice and helpful to us. Only negative of our experience was the noise level. It was so loud and energetic that it made one of my family members feel very unwell. Due to my family member having some health conditions that make them very sensitive to noise and light. Having the restaurant full and packed did not help at all. Will definitely be returning though. My family and I try to visit the keg at least a few times a year.

                                                                                                We frequent this location often and have NEVER been less than 100% satisfied. They have been extremely busy through the holidays and continue to provide great food and exceptional service. Our server, John-Paul, was very welcoming, cheerful, efficient, and polite. Well done to all staff for making our visit so wonderful, as always. Cheers!

                                                                                                The Keg has become just another chain, franchised out and cutting corners left, right, and centre. Steak was fine except, come on, it’s steak. How hard is it to cook a steak? Appetizers (tuna tartare and escargot) are Sysco quality and probably Sysco supplied. Sides were just bland; green beans, beets, carrots all bereft of flavour. Fries were straight from a McCain bag. It wasn’t an awful dinner by any stretch, it was just a giant bag of….bland.

                                                                                                We were seated in a circular booth which was nice and helped in keeping the background noise low. There were 4 people in our party and all had prime rib with some variation in sides. The food and service was very good. We will be back.

                                                                                                Overall great experience only issue was we booked 3 weeks ago and confirmed a time of 6PM for 6 people. The Keg called me to confirm we were coming and yes we were. We arrived at 540pm 20 mins early. We also confirmed on the app. When we arrived they overbooked tables and we didn’t get to table till 630pm. Food was amazing and service just the time we got to our table was disappointing.

She had perfect timing between courses and was delightful to interact with. Food was incredible. Birthday cheesecake went over very well! Thank you!

                                                                                                Our food was ok. My husband’s appetizer was forgotten. We advised the person that brought our food out and she did say sorry but our actual waitress never acknowledged or apologized. He never did get it. This keg is hit or miss.
