I took my sons out for Christmas Eve celebration. We arrived for our reservation and were advised that we had to wait as our table was not ready, I did have a reservation, so was a bit surprised. My sons had shared why have a reservation. I had shared we could give them a few minutes to see what or how long it would take them to have our table ready. It took around 10/15 mins before we were finally sat at our table. Our server showed up approximately 10 mins after sitting down as we were wondering if anyone was going to serve us. Waitress apologized for being late. We then were ready to order as we eat at the Keg regularly and at this restaurant. We ordered appetizers and our meal. Appetizers took quite some time to come out as while we were waiting our waitress did apologize for the wait and assured us that they would be coming out soon. Appetizers were very hot and delicious as we know them to be. However, we had only gotten through half of our appetizers and kitchen was bringing our meals out, yet we had not finished. It was like we forced to eat faster, yet hadn't been given time to actually eat. We finished our appetizers and were looking for waitress as we were out of drinks and waiting for refills/replenishment. Took quite some time before waitress returned. Next we started eating our steaks. Steaks were prepared to our liking, but not seasoned like they normally were. My sons and I exchanged our steaks to taste to see if maybe we were wrong as the steaks were plain or no taste at all. My one son wanted to return as the steaks are not inexpensive. We waited and waited for our server to return which did not happen. My son got tired of waiting and continue to force it down as it was clear we couldn't return it as our waitress was no where to be seen. Next we did finish and when our waitress did return we had asked for our drinks to be refilled. We did not stay for dessert like we normally do, because we just felt everything took awhile.

Run out of the main dishes Prime Rib Beef at 7:30 seating already, our main food dish is Prime Rib the Keg is famous for, disappointed for run out of the famous dish knowingly busy Christmas time

Service as well as the food are both outstanding. Server Ryan is very helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Food was brought hot, timely and delicious.

We made a reservation so we wouldn’t have to wait. When we arrived we waited around a few minutes then they tried to seat us at a table near the bar in front of a very hot fireplace with uncomfortable chairs . I went back to the reception desk and asked them for a dining room table then had to wait again for the other table 20 minutes later we got a table. Food was good and great service. Other than our problems at reception we had a good dinner
