                                                                                                We go to The Keg quite often from out of town and always have incredible service and the food is usually excellent. This time my husband and I didn’t enjoy our dinner. My filet was overcooked and my garlic mashed were lumpy and not very warm. My husband’s prime rib the first time was dry and not up to keg standards as usual. Sent back the second prime rib was under cooked and bloody and was not medium rare like he had ordered. The waiter did a great job and the manager first went to the wrong table but another manger did rectify the situation and discounted our bill significantly. We will return and hope to have a better experience.

                                                                                                Enjoyed the food. I notice the quality of the salads have declined. Not as fresh with in house made crotons etc. steaks were great. The server we had was very nice and able to watch over all his clients.

                                                                                                Was great. The only reason I gave one star down on the 2 factors was because this location is in a mall. So parking was kind of not great. Otherwise great dinner out with my wife and son.

                                                                                                Service was excellent; everyone was very friendly & our waitress was attentive. Waitress did everything with charisma & never hovered over us for too long. Matcha colada was good; pistacho powder sifted over the top would add a nice touch, aswell as balance out some of the sweetness from the guava. Apps & mains were delicious; staff was even prepared to serve a special dessert for our anniversary, we declined due to being full up but it really made our evening
