Very disappointed in the prime rib. The meat was tough and the overall presentation was unappealing and unusual for the Keg's reputation. I would not order the prime rib again.

We had 7-Up and orange juice for a drink. The 7-Up was flat. We had to ask for a new drink which they couldn’t give us because they weren’t sure why the 7-Up was flat. So they brought us Pepsi and Lou. We had escargot they didn’t bring us a fork. By the time they got around to bringing us a fork The food would’ve been gone. Because they brought us our next course meal on top of not having a fork for the escargot.

Service and food were great. It was my guy's birthday, and we ordered the Billy Miner pie. In all years gone by, there has always been a sparkler or a candle on top. This time there was nothing. It would have been nice - but obviously not necessary.

A Fantastic Dining Experience at The Keg Last night, we had the pleasure of dining at The Keg, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the tone for a great evening. Our server, Mathew, was exceptional. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. His recommendations were spot-on, and his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. The food was, of course, the star of the evening. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful, while the sides complemented the main dish beautifully. The dessert was the perfect ending to a memorable meal—rich, decadent, and worth every bite. What really stood out was the impeccable service paired with such a high standard of food quality. Mathew’s professionalism and genuine care for our experience elevated the entire night. We can’t wait to return to The Keg for another fantastic meal. If you’re lucky enough to have Mathew as your server, you’re in for an exceptional treat!

Ordered filet mignon med well and received it medium rare. Sent back only to get original piece back charred/black! Chef came out and said ‘yes I noticed it came out to you charred!’ !!! As a chef wouldn’t you stop that from going out???? Sent back and got new one and again came back med rare! Husband discussed issue with Manager (Meghan) and she clearly did not care or know how to deal with it. This is highly disappointing and certainly not what we have come to expect from The Keg. I guess it’s time to find another steakhouse!

The only complaint I have is that the lobster was teeny tiny at a ridiculously high price. Everything else was amazing

Can never go wrong with the keg. Always great service and good food. Drinks are reasonably priced under $10 too.
