                                                                                                Food was great as usual.. the only drawback was we had a reservation for 7:15 and didn"t get seated until 8PM What"s the use in getting a reservation when we had to wait along with all the "walk"ins"??? Somewhat disappointed in that.

                                                                                                We had a reservation for 7 didn’t get seated till 7:45 but the waitress took care of our wait and she gave excellent service after that

                                                                                                My husband and I are regular customers. We have probably spent over $2500 at this location this year alone. When we have a 6pm reservation and are made to wait 45 minutes in a crowded lobby (so crowded that my husband coat was almost burnt by their fireplace) I find this unacceptable. It then took an additional 30 minutes after being seated to be served a drink & bread. Thankfully we were met with a hefty discount on our bill for the inconvenience. Clearly this location is under new management and they don’t seem to care about being over capacity. They were STILL taking reservations while we were made to wait.

                                                                                                I think this was our first time at the Keg in 15 years. Main dish (filet mignon, double baked potato and seasonal vegetable along with bread) was outstanding. Disappointed that the $14 Caesar salad did not include bacon. We were seated at a table along the runway between the bar and kitchen. A little busy but entertaining and kept us off our phones. Excellent service by our waiter. Overall it was exceptional and we will be back again.

                                                                                                Both of us ordered the Keg Classic NY Striploin. Steaks were a little disappointing, not as good as they usually would be, with absolutely 0 fat. Additionally, one of our plates came without the mushrooms that were supposed to come with it. We were tucked at a small table, directly beside a family, very close together. They weren’t overly loud, but we could hear their whole conversation because we were so close.

                                                                                                Our server Michael I’m pretty sure checked out when two of just ordered water. Never replenished our water, never asked if our son wanted another beer he would have. Never checked how our meal was. When we asked if we wanted dessert menus we said yes then came back for our order without giving us menus. The food was delicious and wonderful. The place was very busy but other tables around us he was serving got great service just not us. I get it sometimes he just has that blank spot but it reflects on the experience
