Arrived on time for our pre-booked Afternoon Tea and had to wait 40 minutes for it to arrive to our table. Still a lovely afternoon but could have been better service and attendance to customers.

Food and ambience is wonderful at the Ivy. But I have to add that the staff really make dining a special experience. Thank you.

Great brunch celebrating a couple of special birthdays . The team were all great and even bought a complimentary mini birthday treat. We will be back another time soon !

Overall this is a really enjoyable experience for dinner. We had the table closest to the door and drafts of cold air were significant and has impacted upon the rating given. The wine per glass was overpriced , although delicious and significantly changed the meal price per head. The initial greeting where we were taken to the table was not welcoming and without eye contact. However the table service with the other staff was excellent which is why we were happy to pay the service charge. Thank you for an enjoyable dinner.
