The Ivy Clifton Brasserie is open in the heart of Clifton Village, Bristol, located on the corner of Caledonia Place and The Mall, overlooking The Mall Gardens.

Open seven days a week, The Ivy Clifton Brasserie offers accessible all day dining for local residents, businesses, shoppers and visitors to the area, and brings some of the familiarity of The Ivy brand to ceaselessly chic Clifton Village. Tables are held back for walk-ins allowing locals to drop in throughout the day at their leisure, and the menus are all encompassing, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner; not to mention a specially created cocktail menu featuring a variety of classic and contemporary selections.

The Ivy Clifton Brasserie has two private rooms: The Eastern room seats 12 guests on one long table; or 24 standing and The Western room seats 16 guests on one long table; or 32 standing.Natural daylight floods the rooms and the walls are adorned with an eclectic collection of locally referenced artwork and prints, reflecting period drawings of Bristolian architecture and business, not to mention its great railway heritage, as well as the rivers Severn and Avon, port scenes, and some eye-catching Deco images. Both rooms are available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks and canapé receptions, and are equally suited to private parties and celebrations, as they are to corporate bookings, providing the perfect setting for entertaining friends, family and clients in Clifton Village.

Absolutely wonderful breakfast this morning! We sat in the beautifully decorated conservatory. The service was impeccable from the very start, we arrived early but seated without a problem. Tanesha was our great server and made sure our experience was memorable. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very enjoyable evening, food was good, chips maybe overcooked but the rest of our meal was full of flavour. I had to ask if there was a separate vegetarian menu which there was but I only knew about it because I’d seen someone else ask for it. Such a treat to have a separate menu with choices for a vegetarian!

Sadly, we booked early but were placed in a small side room. The food was average and the service was poor. A violinist was playing and sadly, she was too loud. Soup was missing a spoon, drinks arrived late and the waitress dropped a silver tray which made everyone jump. A door alarm or similar kept beeping. Overall, not very happy with the overall experience snd especially at the high prices.

Very busy for a Monday night! Which is good, service was a bit hit and miss, couple on the next table came in after us and ordered their meal and had their starter before our order had even been taken, they also didn’t have the red wine I ordered and this seemed to take a long time to sort out and re-order. Food is ok nothing special. It’s a great place for atmosphere especially on a Monday.

Dined 21th Jan Noon 14-15 pm. Be treated really differently. Perhaps need to enhance more course of diversity of service standards to the diverse waiter herself, perhaps when I’m an Asian and when the waiter is also an Asian. Kindly asked her to remove the service charge and happy to see she accepted very smoothly, kinda she knows what she done.
