Beautifully presented in a three-tied stand and served with your choice of tea or coffee, The Ivy Afternoon Tea includes an assortment of freshly baked scones with rich clotted cream and strawberry preserve, a selection of delicate finger sandwiches, and dainty cakes and tarts, crafted with the finest ingredients. Enjoy Afternoon tea for £33.75 or Sparkling Afternoon Tea for £43.75 with a glass of Nyetimber, English Sparkling Wine. Served daily between 3 and 5 pm. Menus and Prices are subject to change. This is my second visit and the food was amazing on both visits. The only thing I would say is it was very dark in the restaurant on the second visit you could hardly read the menu.

First time at The Ivy in Belfast. The £19.95 two course lunch menu with additional dessert for £5.75 was lovely and very good value as the other menus, and wine list are on the expensive side. We were delighted to receive two complementary glasses of champagne, as unknown to us there was a special promotion on. We were mistakenly charged £28 for them but this was remedied! Service was inconsistent. It was very busy and I think the changing staff shifts was the reason we had several different waiters/waitresses, so at times we had to attract their attention. The decor is stunning. It’s worth the climb up three flights of stairs to see the decor in the toilets and see the private dining room. There was a great ambience and vibe so all in all a very enjoyable experience and we will be back.

I went for lunch with my daughter. There was a two course set menu which was reasonably priced, however we chose to go a la carte. All in, lunch came to £100, which was for two starters , two mains, an additional starter which we shared, 2 pints of Guiness and a coke. There was a 10% service charge. Service was attentive yet uninvasive. Menu options were great. Food was delicious and portion size was just right. I look forward to returning again soon.

Food was underwhelming, after 9pm a lot of the the service team and managers disappeared slowing service on a Saturday night.
