Comida oriental variada, japonesa, china, vietnamita muy sabrosa. Decoración muy original, buen servicio.

sara was amazing very friendly and took pictures of us which were perfect. the violinist was amazing and beautifully talented we really enjoyed her music. an overall lovely memorable experience.

I regularly visit the Ivy, so this was new to me. Must say, the decor, especially the floor is amazing. Food on point, service great. Definitely will go back.

After a previous disappointing visit earlier in the year this one made up for it. A lovely way to spend an afternoon

Réservation de la table 23h Je passe commande et 10 min après , un plat sur 2 arrive. Ensuite le 2eme plat arrive ( 10 min après ). Puis une fois les plats terminés arrivent les sushi. Une fois le plat demande , un serveur me demande si je veux un dessert , je lui dit oui mais il me dit que la cuisine a fermé en m’amenant l’addition. Service 0

I booked a table for two, three weeks in advance to celebrate my daughter’s 17th birthday with a specific request NOT to be seated on the side of the restaurant with one seat being a bench, but to be seated somewhere in the middle in order for us to capture the full atmosphere and enjoy the experience. We arrived at the restaurant 8 minutes late as the taxi took longer than anticipated, we were shown to the bar by the hostess at the entrance and we were left there for circa 20 minutes. It wasn’t until I asked if our table would take much longer as we had a train to catch to realise that the hostess at the front did NOT check us in and consequently we were then offered a table at the bar as “allegedly” the main restaurant was full to the brim !!!! This was totally unacceptable!!! I explained that my daughter’s birthday dinner experience would be totally ruined and I wasn’t prepared to accept the table at the bar. After some laborious negotiations they agreed to let us have a table in the main restaurant (which I originally booked). We were shown to the table immediately which was free and had been already set for dining a while. I questioned the waitress as to why there were many tables available but yet they wouldn’t let us have the table I booked in advance and her explanation was that their IPad had not updated!!! Would one not go and check physically rather than rely on a IPad???? As the negotiations were taking place, my daughter walked away in embarrassment which dented the lovely day we had in London. I am very disappointed at the way the situation was handled, not only they made the mistake but they wanted to penalise us for it and almost ruined my daughter’s birthday dinner experience! I was expecting more from Ivy Asia Mayfer… we will not coming back in a hurry.

Service was poor, visited other Ivy restaurants and always received excellent service, this was disappointing, not up to the normal Ivy standards. Our pre booked table wasn’t ready so we were sent to the bar and forgotten about, they had no room left to check in our coats. When chased our table was found, drinks orders were forgotten until chased and food was served in personally. Bill was £250 for 2 people including £30 service charge which wasn’t deserved. Won’t be returning to Ivy Asia Mayfair
