The restaurant is beautiful! However we went to celebrate my birthday and the experience was horrible. The servers were rude, food and drinks were slow. We waited over 45 minutes for drinks and over hour half for food. When the food arrived the quality was not good. Grits were cold and old, lamb chops undercooked. The servers made excuses and offered no apology or resolution.

Its annoying paying a$266 bill and being rushed out even tho there where other available tables. Black owned restaurants need to do better

The food quality was the absolute worst. I had the Diablo Shrimp Pasta and there was a pool of grease at the bottom of the dish. My date had goat meat that was all gristle and bones. When we expressed our concerns, the waitress simply said “I’m sorry, here is your check.” Also, the regular water was un drinkable and we were forced to order bottled Fiji Water that was $5 a bottle. This was a very bad experience.

This is my second visit to Icon, and I'll be back again! Shout out to our server Mystiq, who was extremely accommodating. She made sure I had what I needed. I hope yah paying her well! Ironically she was our server on my last visit, same outstanding service. Food is amazing! Best I've had since I moved to Texas. Keep doing what you doing yah! Only critique, stop running out of your popular items. You made it work, but when I drive across DFW to get there, I can't deal with the disappointment of, "we're out of that today." Overall, I love Icon!

Food was ok nothing spectacular. I've had better. Had jerk chicken with coconut rice and oxtails with coconut rice. Chicken was dry and the oxtails were really small but tasted good. No meat on the bones. Coconut rice was pretty good. Also got buffalo wings and fries for appetizer and it wasn't good. Fries were hard and tasted frozen and chicken tasted frozen as well. Music was good, restaurant is really nice and service was good. They also charge $20 gratuity and it was only two of us. Ticket ended up being $170 for an appetizer, two entrees, two teas, one shot and one martini. Wont be going back again.

The food was flavorful! Seasoned to my liking. I had the lamb chops. The sauce was amazing. My wife had ox tails. Both were great!

This sparkling young restaurant is still finding is footing. A mix of fine dining with late night dance party vibe. Menu selection is unique to our area. The kitchen team put together great flavors with a bit of clunkiness to the service timing. Check the website for menu specials as it changes week to weekend to be sure you choose the dining experience that best suits your taste.

We were late for our reservation and the kitchen was closed, but the staff was very nice allowed us to sit at the bar for cocktails and took our group pictures!!

This place was great. Took my partner to celebrate her 35th Birthday. We had the Crawfish Hush Puppies 10/10 Lamb Chops 7/10 Catfish and grits 1/10 grits was just to running for my liking. Overall It’s a nice vibe and definitely worthy of a return.
