Good food and great service! Eric helped us and he was great. Super nice and he brought out a caramel popcorn Sunday for my moms birthday!!

excellent meal and not as pricey as I had expected. Of course, we brought our own wine which would normally add quite a bit to a dinner bill if ordering from the bar. Also one of the best Ole fashions' we have had! The staff was great as we had read in prior review; from the hostess to the waiters. Eric was great! We got their early and they gave us a place to sit ( out of the way of everyone) until our table was free. It was just a tad chilly where we were sitting at the end of the patio. But blankets, heat lamps and cushions fixed all of that. I will certainly go back for appetisers/side dishes that we didn't try. The only challenge was the parking. Prime dinner time on the weekend requires parking patience and parking karma.

I was amazed how quiet it was when the firetruck came with its gurney to pick up the woman having a stroke inside the restaurant. Very discreetly done as they carted the woman out of the restaurant into their firetruck. Servers and mgmt knew what to do!!! 👍

We enjoyed our appetizers, but the risotto for dinner was not appealing. The halibut and sides were delicious

Appetizers are amazing, food fantastic, no corkage fee and terrific service. Nothing negative to say. We enjoy the experience everytime we have been there.

People pleasing place! Celebrated belated birthdays for two couples here. We all enjoyed the sushi bites, Caesar salad, halibut and two desserts. What a treat eating at Hero after the wine stroll.
