Not great. The service was terrible and it kind of had cafeteria vibes. It took at least 20 minutes before a server came to take our drink order then we didn't see her again for another 15 minutes (and we just asked for water initially) and the restaurant wasn't that busy. The food is overpriced for what it is and just ok. I had fish and chips and the fish was kind of watery. The chips were great though. Overall not at all impressed. I doubt we'll go again.

Food was way better than anticipated! Service was excellent. Perfect mix of casual and upscale. Get the shrimp appetizer and the ribeye…AND THR WHISKEY CAKE!! ❤️❤️❤️

Food was good but took a long time to order and get service. Only 1 waitress working hard. They need more wait staff.

When we arrived, it took about five minutes before we were greeted. We were greeted although we made a reservation. It was really no need to as there didn’t seem to be aware that reservation was made. I identified in the reservation that my wife’s birthday was being celebrated, but it was no mention of this by the way staff or anyone, it was just a normal dinner. The food was OK. The drink was good. The appetizers crabcakes and baked shrimp were really good. The main entrée of seafood pasta was not very appealing. Our server Rhonda was extremely nice.

Limited, strange menu without much connectivity. No thene… a hodgepodge of this and that. Prices are higher than the quality warrants in my opinion. I had a shrimp and noodle dish that was pretty good… if you didn’t taste the shrimp. I think the shrimp were a day beyond peak freshness and they were a bit smelly so I set them aside. The soup was delicious but served just barely above room temperature which was not corrected until 15 minutes later… after we ate the tepid soup. 7 people with wine and a few appetizers totaled $500 plus tip… $600 for a mediocre dinner. On a Thursday at 12:30 there were maybe three tables taken out of dozens… they must be losing money. Such a great location. Captive audience at the Hilton. Too bad they’re apparently struggling. The waitress was very nice.

We were previous fans of Copelands and unfortunately our experience at The Henley did not measure up to our expectations. The food was good though portions of crab cake appetizer were small. The whiskey cake dessert was nothing like whiskey cake & was missing the pecans too. Drinks were slow to table & we even got the wrong refill at one point. Overall we were disappointed & would choose to go somewhere else next time.
