The heater in the igloo was not working at all when we complained to our server she spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do and still expected us to sit in the freezing cold and run our bill up to the required 300$ tab. I would not recommend!

The food is always good. The drinks are great! I can’t say enough about our service; Avery was great! Went above and beyond, even in not so great weather! Definitely worth it.

The food was not good at all. I ordered a giant pretzel - came out burnt. And I mean a quarter of it was black. Jerk chicken extra dry. Ordered special martini - out of both the syrups. Menu showed Hennessy- they were out. No champagne. And this is supposed to be a full service bar!!!! The igloo was beautiful and a vibe but way too difficult to meet minimum spend without feeling like you threw your money away. Because the food and drinks are horrible!!

The igloo was a nice experience. Cozy and comfortable. Eating your meal was challenging without an actual dining table. The food was ok, but not spectacular.

We had a great time and the igloo was beautiful. The noise level was quiet until our group arrived. I highly recommend it.

Our server was amazing. We had large group and were really enjoyed our time for my birthday!

Food was sub par and we only had six people and felt cramped. Service and atmosphere great but don't know that we'd do it again.
