The Hawke is simply a great place. I’m local to the area so it’s a go to spot. But I’d highly recommend it to those visiting our area. The staff are welcoming and food always great. Steaks especially and the cocktails here are always amazing.

Excellent experience, but debate about the pizza sizing was unusual. Is it too big? Too small? Too mid? Too narrow? In the end it would appear that the chicken parm pizza is in fact a giant serving of chicken parm rather than pizza topped in the style of chicken parm. It could thus feed 3 people be warned

Our waiter and food were amazing. It is a little loud in the restaurant so it was difficult to hear the person next to me.

My wife and I were in Lambertville for Christmas Eve, at the last minute or Dinner plans fell through, that's when we found The Hawke. Everything about this place is amazing, drinks were very good, I had the pork chop with the peppercorn sauce, my wife had the Veal, both were absolutely out of this world. Ricky our server was very energetic, his personality made our experience that much better.

The lobster tail was Great, however the Lollipop lamb was overpowered by the balsamic glaze. Mint jelly would have been better.

We celebrated another anniversary at the Hawke and are so happy we did! The food was outstanding and our waiter Jason and staff were kind and attentive. We will be back!

Very rustic. Veal Milanese was superb. Desserts were excellent. Service was tremendous. A bit loud but not overwhelming. Can’t wait to go back.

First time patron of this lovely restaurant. I have to say everything was delicious. I ordered the sausage mushroom appetizer and the Scottish salmon entree. Best salmon I have ever tasted! Five stars for sure and I will be going back to try other dishes. If you want an excellent dinner in a charming bar/restaurant, you have to try The Hawke. The server was wonderful as well. Thank you for a great evening out!!
