   Four of us dining together, all felt the food was expensive for what was served, and in particular the burnt end meat was covered in sauce I believe to cover up all the fat that was in the serving.

   We have eaten at the restaurant many times and are always pleased with our meal. This time was not a good experience. After spending more than $350 for a family of 7 the meat was all overdone. The chicken was the only moist meat on the platter. The beef and pork was so dry and chewy. Our grandkids had the macaroni and cheese from the kids menu which they have had before and when it arrived they couldn’t eat it because it was so spicy. Our server kindly took it back to the kitchen. Rather than making a new order the kitchen decided they would just pour more cheese sauce on it. Neither of the kids could eat it because it was so rich. It’s unfortunate because when our family all get together we loved going to the Hatching Post for the meat platter and sides. We will think twice now unfortunately. 😢

   Amazing as always, it's our go-to spot. Love veggie options as well. The broccolini is to die for!! We will be back

   Was very noisy. They asked three times if it was a special occasion, I advised them that it was a birthday. We spent $150 for three people and they couldn’t even bring an $11 cheesecake to the birthday gal. What was the point in asking so many times. Everything we ordered was almost too spicy. It was very noisy despite only having three tables of diners. We won’t be going back.

   The food was incredible, and the kids trivia was a success with my 9-year-old son, who said, "Finally, a restaurant that entertains kids!"

   Hatching Post never disappoints! Their meats are perfectly cooked, and OMG—the best mac and cheese ever! The drinks and desserts are delightful, and the classic, fantastic ambiance sets the mood. Our server was so sweet, adding so much to the experience. Definitely coming back!

   I’m a huge fan of southern food and the brisket and ribs were absolutely amazing and delicious! There were 7 of us including 3 young kids so they could make all the noise they wanted as the place is very kid friendly! Waitress was awesome as well

    GREAT 3hrs celebrating 3rd yr anniversary for the Hatching Post with GREAT music by "Rollin' Coal", $5.00 beer sleeves & a pig roast portion & appi's!! Good server named Selena & we had a GOOD time there!! Will do it again for sure!!
