Proposed to my partner 2yrs after having our 1st date & meeting here.. Management & staff went above & beyond with the service and hospitality so I'd like to thank you all for making it such a special & memorable moment. Place looks brilliant - food was brilliant - service outstanding...

If I am completely honest , it was an absolute shame of a valentines, we booked table in the lounge area for 9:45 , once we were seated we ordered starters sides and mains , my food didn’t come until 11:20 , not to mention my girlfriends food did not come at all , not at all! We had no choice but to leave the restaurant and let the owner know what the issue is , this was a very bad valentines and as it was so late (11:45) when we left there was no where else to book or to eat apart from drive throughs , worst date ever . I even thought to tell the owners and workers to refund me back the drinks we ordered because the service was poor , it is a shame as I always attend the venue. There’s nothing really else for me to say apart from a big fluke of a Valentine’s Day and hope they understand that they ruined it
