The National is BEAUTIFUL at Christmas! Girls Christmas tea is something we may have to start as a new holiday tradition. The teas were delicious fave was the peppermint cardamom), and the finger foods were tasty! The glass of Prosecco is a very nice touch. The servers were great, but we have one complaint. The “uniform” didn’t quite fit the elegant atmosphere. Overall, the tea was fantastic and we will be back.

We went for the Christmas Afternoon Tea and it was beyond lovely! Great ambiance, nice cozy seating for our group of three. The tea was spectacular--great selections and combinations of flavors. We want more of it! The food was really good. At first it looked like we were going to leave hungry but we didn't! We went to the Skirvin's last year. This year's will be a repeat next year!!

Thanksgiving Feast and Holiday Tea. Restaurant is beautiful! Food was good, but waited almost an hour for food at Thanksgiving feast. Holiday Tea - food was good, and tea was wonderful. But, very small portions for the cost, and service slow.

10/10 ambiance and atmosphere. The Christmas and holiday decor was great. The service was very slow and despite having called the morning of our afternoon tea service giving a heads up of a food allergy in our group, we waited almost a full hour after being seated for our tea trays due to the food allergy friendly tray - which was mentioned as the reason for delay several times. The tea selection was fairly minimal and they were reluctant to bring more pots even though at the beginning it was communicated that as we finished each pot, we could try another. One server changed mid-way through our reservation without warning and while they certainly don’t rush you out, more care to the service itself and speed of service would have been appreciated.

Gorgeous Christmas experience! The food is not worth the high price tag so be prepared to be underwhelmed but the it. The service is outstanding, and the experience is wonderful. My girls said they felt like they were in a movie. I wish it was more affordable so others could do it. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price tag. I compare it to a character dinner at Disney. It’s about the Christmas experience but not the food.

My friends and I had holiday afternoon tea here and everything was delicious! It was so fun and the atmosphere delightful! Service was a little slow but the wait staff was so friendly and accommodating. Plus, it was nice to just slow down and enjoy!
