This is the third time that I’ve eaten here for breakfast. I can no longer say that it was “just that day”. The service is horrible. They are always short staffed. The staff that IS actually there, is poor at best. The wait time for the food is at least 40+ minutes. And it’s not packed when we order! The food is okay, but not for the price! It comes out barely warm. It takes forever just to get your drink order. I will never go there again. I’m done giving them chances.

Had a lovely lunch. Waiter, Graham, I believe was his name, was very personable and professional. The only thing that was not perfect was an annoying fly and then a nat circling while we were eating. It’s the south , so I get it. I will be back another time.

Ms. Destin is the best server we have had anywhere in the world in a very long time. She knew her menus, friendly, prompt, and just all around a good person with good energy. This was our first time visiting the restaurant and we will definitely be back for her and the good food.

I have dined here three times in the last two weeks. My first experience was great. The next two were a challenge due to asking for a booth which I had asked for in my reservation . It was a special birthday month and the staff made it stressful and disappointing. Lizette the hostess is always sorry she can’t accommodate you. She also needs to dress appropriately as a hostess of the gloriette. A flannel shirt with legging does not look professional. I think I would have left if it weren’t for the waiter Corey. The drinks were good. The food was ok. Very disappointed in my last two visits. I have worked in customer service for 40 years and you need to step up and be better.

This was literally one of the all time best meals I have ever eaten, starting with the bread and finishing with the desert and everything in between, the pear salad, the oysters, the fish, the burger, the drinks. Amazing in every way.
