                  Food and location was great. The cost of getting a Coca-Cola was insane. Eight dollars for a small glass. If you are the designated driver, it makes it impossible to order anything inexpensive.

                  I made a reservation for the Georgia bar musical experience. We arrived a few minutes early and I saw a table for two open in the bar. I let the hostess know that we arrived. In the meantime a person had walked up and sat at the table. Our table. The manager spoke with the person who sat at our table and the person refused to move. So we were seated in the 1927 bar, which was not what we had reserved. We were not given the seat we reserved as the person was staying at the hotel. Leaving this review so others will know that when you make a reservation at this bar, guests of the hotel take precedence over your reservation. They sent over a couple of glasses of bubble but that didn’t make up for the disappointment of not having the special evening I’d planned with my Dad.

                  We made a booking for 630 on a Thursday night. Upon arrival we were told by the hostess that we could only have the table for one and a half hours. We decided to go ahead and eat anyway but before we were done our server told us we had to vacate the table. However we were disappointed that the time limit wasn't clear at the time of booking. After we left I checked the booking and the 1.5 hour limit is in very fine print at the bottom of the page. If we had know about the time limitwe would have made plans to go to another restaurant to have dinner. it is impossible to relax and have some food and drinks in one and a half hours. When we explained the situation to our server she was very gracious and allowed us to stay until we were finished our meal including dessert and tea. I am glad we were allowed to stay and I enjoy the food and ambiance but there should be a note for diners upon booking if there's any time limit. Otherwise we had a great experience!

                  We loved our evening! The lounge was so festive with gorgeous holiday decorations. We loved Aiden the entertainment so much. She has an incredible voice and sang the most beautiful songs including Christmas favourites which made our evening extra special!

                  We had to wait for our table for over 25 minutes, asked for bar snacks just to get started never came. Had to ask three times and then finally we got the tiniest little rice, snacks and nuts. We had the stirfry noodles that were overcooked and just completely mush. The price for one drink and wishing noodles was outrageous.

                  Absolutely beautiful ambiance and mood! You feel transported to an old world elegance, each table offers a luxurious coziness. The drinks were amazing and the food was creative and delicious, and the service impeccable. It is the perfect bar lounge experience.
