There are two areas on offer for you dining pleasure:
The Family Bistro is a classic family dining experience with a well versed menu that's sure to tick the box on anyone's list. We also have a private room for those who wish to have a bit more privacy or can host private events of all kinds.
The Club Bar is the hottest sporting hub in Mildura! With foxtel on hand, we have a range of sports viewable at any one time and not to mention the BIG screen situated in the centre of the area! Our group all enjoyed our meals and although very busy they were served quite promptly.

Food was really average, 3/6 did not enjoy meal. My Lasagne had very little mince and was not hot, lots of pasta. Lady who took orders was blunt, verging on rude. Quiet enough for a pub. Service was OK.

After booking and confirming via text. On arrival I was told my booking at the verde outside was not possible and I had to be seated inside. I explained that I had booked and confirmed for outside high table for 3 and I was not happy about being put inside. Also Verde was half empty outside- they then sat us outside . Next there was only 2 staff serving drinks while numerous people were trying to be served. When I asked for a full jug of water I was told that you get it yourself at the end of the bar. I was happy to do so but there was only 3 jugs , 2 empty and 1 maybe half full. The staff member reluctantly gave me One glass of water. Another member of my party ordered a medium steak and was presented with a blue steak. After requesting it be cooked a bit more , 2 staff members spent over a minute staring and proding at the steak at the table before deciding to take it back to the kitchen. She did receive another cooked medium steak - which was apparently delicious .

Wait times were good for such a busy time of year however the food could be improved. I ordered a simple steak woth red wine just and it was flavourless and overcooked.

Food is quite average. Get a new chef / Cook. Have been many times only had 2 reasonable meals. Don't know why I keep going. Hopeful of improvement perhaps.

Meal was absolutely amazing, the nicest we have had in a long time ( wished we lived closer) customer service was fantastic, and the wait time was very quick

Both my kids are in the spectrum so going out to dinner is a very rare occurrence. When we do the gateway is always our preferred restaurant. The food is great, the staff are lovely and the kids love the play area! My kids are very noisy but the gateway has never made us feel like our kids are too difficult. Thank you, we really love the gateway!

The service from the lady on the cashier was outstanding. Everything else was average, some food lacked flavour while other meals were great.
