We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

My husband and I celebrated our birthdays at Th Foundry last night. This was our first time and will not be our last. We were greeted at the door with enthusiasm and shown to a lovely table. Our server, Colby, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. The food was delicious and we highly recommend the poached Cod and the squash medley side dish. Good beers on tap as well. And we were happy that parking was plentiful and accessible. The decor was unique and a nice nod to the former businesses in the area. A nice slice of Manchester history!

Had the salmon, it was terrific. My husband had a burger, huge and he said it was delicious. Very happy with the food, we like the ambience.

Our server was excellent! Very attentive and knowledgeable. She made for a great experience. S’mores brûlée was an amazing end!

Good portions small to just right -we really enjoyed the dishes but my friends brownie dessert was too hard to cut through and needed a knife and a strong hand so would not recommend it - brownies should not be that hard!

Service was great but when a mouse climbed down the wall behind us and ran along the top of the booth we were sitting in kind of ruined the dinner. I get things happen but that was too much for me and eating at that point at that restaurant was a little tough to swallow. Did not say anything to waitress because she can't control that. Her service was fantastic.

A very enjoyable dinner, we usually sit at the bar, but for this meal, we had a table. The service was excellent, food was quite good and reasonably priced. We will be back as the Foundry is consistent in its presentation and has a nice varied menu as well.

This was our second time eating at The Foundry. The wings were under cooked though we asked for extra crispy/well done, brussel sprouts were good and our cubana sandwich was just ok. Very nice ambience and too bad about food as it will discourage us from eating here again.
