The Flying Pepper Cantina will continue to offer the popular menu that is enjoyed at the food truck and will expand their creative flavors and unique ingredients by offering additional variety, tapas, a rotating seasonal fare, and a new way to discover fine foods in a relaxed atmosphere. Humberto will stay true to his Mexican roots while introducing cuisine that offers unfamiliar and unexpected flavors in a friendly environment with fresh, local foods as the market and Ohio seasons allow. Patrons will have the opportunity to compliment these flavors with a fresh approach to tequila, local craft beer and a specialty menu of cocktails.

Humberto and Laura, along with each person they brought on board, work so hard to create an environment with wonderful food and service - the whole experience. With weather, had not gotten to see our kids and grandkids since Christmas. This birthday celebration at table together was important to us and we picked just the right spot. The special booth was just right and everyone who engaged us was both kind and skilled at their role. We thank you sincerely! the stetler family

First time visiting and the food was amazing. Shared the cantina dips - couldn’t possibly choose a favorite. Then had the grilled poblano dinner and upgraded to steak and the grilled shrimp and garlic dinner. All around really good. Summer was a great server and gave us a lot of good information and was attentive. Will definitely go back.

It was a Girl’s Night out! Food was great and service was also!! Oh and try the Cranberry Margarita..it was delish!!
